Pricing Policy

We Offer Fixed Price, Package & Flexible pricing to suit your needs

We offer various pricing plans to suit your needs, ranging from monthly rentals through to outright purchase schemes.

At the entry level, we offer standard WebPacks™ for quick and easy entry to the world-wide web with prices fixed for a year, that are built with ready made in-house templates that offer two important benefits - low price and quick development time. Because we have designed hundred's of in-house templates we can have your site up and running in a matter of days not weeks - almost as as soon as we receive your text copy, images, company logo and payment. Our packages include for available domain registration "yourname.co.uk". If you require a ".com" you will need to add £40.00 per annum plus VAT to your annual contract price. Other extensions will be quoted on request. Our package prices include allowances for two routine updates to your site and include personal customer service and support by either e-mail or telephone during and after development.

Our package prices start from the equivalent of £25/month for a multi-page site which includes registration of an available domain name and free hosting for a year, plus many other benefits (Click here for our 3 basic Packages for full details).

All work undertaken is subject to our Terms and Conditions. All our prices are subject to the applicable VAT at the prevailing rate.

Fixed price bespoke services are also available for tailored and/or complex sites. We offer a free initial meeting to determine the best solution to suit your needs (normally only an hour or so). After this we will give you a fixed price quotation for creating your site based on an agreed number of pages and complexity level.

Alternatively, should you prefer an entirely flexible approach, our standard schedule of charges is as follows:

Design & set-up fee from - £150

Price per page - from £75

Hourly charge for web related consultation & meetings - £95

Hourly charge for strategy, marketing & other business related issues - £POA

Hourly charge for later modifications - £50

Hourly charge for training - £95

Travel time is chargeable and as such we prefer to work by e-mail or telephone to keep your costs down. However we are happy to travel to your office, at your convenience, to discuss how we might help you.

Payment for our services is taken by credit card or payment in advance. We will issue you monthly invoices for charges made, by e-mail.

For larger orders, we can accept advance cheque or direct bank transfer payment. If your organisation requires any special paperwork, please advise.
